• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 40% will be required at time of booking. (non refundable)

• In case of cancelation at any time, the deposit (40%) is not refundable.
• For cancelations that take place 40 days or more from the arrival date you are not obligated to pay the balance.
• However, if you cancel the booking LESS THAN 40 DAYS you must pay the total amount.
