BOOKING TERMS
PAYMENT POLICY
- Room rates include V.A.T. and local tax.
- In order to secure your booking a deposit of 20% will be required at time of booking. (non refundable)
- The balance at the check-in time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- In case of cancelation at any time, the deposit (20%) is not refundable.
- For cancelations that take place 30 days or more from the arrival date you are not obligated to pay the balance.
- However, if you cancel the booking LESS THAN 30 DAYS you must pay the total amount.
MINIMUM STAY
7 nights

HOUSE RULES
- Before departure, the property will be checked and charges will apply in case of any damages.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Filling our Contact Form: In order to make a reservation and to ensure that we can communicate with you, you will be asked to fill in your personal information such as first name, last name, email, phone number, which we will not transmit them in anyone third.
ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM
When you make a reservation, you will be asked to complete online booking form providing: your first name, last name, business or private email, phone number, address, zip code, city, country and reservation preferences. These information are essential to book and complete your reservation (including the sending of a confirmation email of the booking to you). These details will be stored on a secure server and encrypted and may be used by us to facilitate and personalise future transactions and bookings with you.
OFFLINE CREDIT CARD DATA
We collect credit card data (cardholder name, card number, expiration date and cvc) when you choose to complete your booking with “Offline Credit Card” payment method. That information are encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. Your credit card is only used for the specific transaction you have requested and its details are stored along with the credit card owner details up to the end of your booking. The details regarding your credit card will be deleted after the end of your accommodation and since you have paid all the amount of your bills you had to our hotel and up to 3 months after your departure.
IP ADDRESSES
The IP address through which the PC has access to the Internet and then to the website is used solely for gathering statistics.
