PAYMENT POLICY

• Room rates include V.A.T. and local tax.
• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 20% will be required at time of booking. (non refundable)
• The balance at the check-in time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• In case of cancelation at any time, the deposit (20%) is not refundable.
• For cancelations that take place 30 days or more from the arrival date you are not obligated to pay the balance.
• However, if you cancel the booking LESS THAN 30 DAYS you must pay the total amount.

MAX OCCUPANCY:  10 persons

VILLA: Sleeps up to 6 persons
SEPARATE GUEST APARTMENT: up to 4 persons (The apartment is optional if your group size is up to 6 persons. However if your reservation is for more than 6 persons this option is automatically selected.)

MINIMUM STAY
